2. Independent operating and invoicing company
Please be explicitly advised that Velvet Yachts is not the provider, operator, manager, or owner of any vessels or experiences listed on the Site. The sole party responsible for the operation, execution, fulfilment, safety, and billing of all Services purchased through or via this Site is Easyblue (https://eazyblue.com/) (the “Operating and Invoicing Company”). Easyblue is the sole legal entity responsible for issuing invoices, handling payments, managing bookings, and executing the actual charter or excursion Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to make a booking or inquiry through this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Pricing, availability and indicative figures
Prices, totals, and availability shown on the Site are indicative and are supplied by our partners. Certain experiences, extras, and route costs are priced and confirmed at the booking or reservation stage and may not be fully reflected in the figures shown on the Site. The final price, availability, and payment of any Service are confirmed and processed by Easyblue at the time of booking. All amounts are in Euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
5. Bookings, cancellations and refunds
Any booking, deposit, payment, amendment, cancellation, or refund is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of Easyblue and, where applicable, the operating partner. Velvet Yachts does not take payment for the Services and has no authority over cancellation or refund decisions.
6. Limitation of liability and exclusion of responsibility
By purchasing or inquiring about any Services through Velvet Yachts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No liability for service issues: Velvet Yachts acts merely as an intermediary that presents Services and redirects users to the respective booking and operating entities. Velvet Yachts shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, poor service quality, or any other issues that may arise before, during, or after the execution of the booked Services.
- Sole recourse: For any disputes, claims, refunds, complaints, or legal issues arising from the booking, invoicing, or actual experience of the Services, your sole recourse is exclusively against the operating and invoicing company, Easyblue. No claims or legal actions can be brought against Velvet Yachts regarding the delivery or quality of the Services.

Our Site contains links and automated redirections to external websites, including but not limited to https://eazyblue.com/ and our booking and reservation partners. Velvet Yachts does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
