Velvet Yachts began with a frustration: that arranging time on the water — genuinely good time — was so much harder than it needed to be. Yachts in one place, transfers in another, experiences nowhere at all, and the guest left to be their own travel agent.
What we do
We arrange the whole of a charter as a single thing. The yacht, yes — crewed or bareboat, across a vetted fleet — but also the helicopter that gets you to it, the tender that meets you, the chef who comes aboard, and the dinner on the beach the road cannot reach. One conversation, one concierge, one itinerary.
How we work
Every yacht, crew and experience in our portfolio is inspected before it reaches you. We are small on purpose: it means the person who plans your charter is the person who answers the phone when you call from the deck.
