Welcome Bites • Greek salad bruschetta • White fish ceviche bite with mango and coriander • Cucumber bite with herb cream cheese and smoked salmon • Goat cheese bruschetta with eggplant cream and candy ginger
Main Bites • Mini chicken pita gyro with tzatziki, tomato and shallot • Mini burgers with bbq mayo, cheddar and wagyu beef and beef bacon • Vegan tacos with roast cauliflower, tahini ginger sauce and pomegranate
Dessert • Tiramisu cups • Fruit salad cup
