Welcome Bites • Burrata with cherry tomatoes and peach bruschetta • Cucumber bite with herb cream cheese and smoked salmon • Stuffed mushroom with gorgonzola and honey • Wagyu ham bruschetta with artichoke and truffle
Main Bites • Mini wagyu burgers with truffle mayo, american cheese, fried shallots and mushroom • Chicken tacos with guacamole and mango salsa • Vegan tacos with eggplant, Tahini miso and crispy root salad • Shrimp skewer with spicy Mexican sauce
